Mr. Jacques is a senior executive with over 29 years’ experience in key operational functions at Rio Tinto, a diversified natural resources company. Initially Operations Manager, Mr. Jacques worked in various Rio Tinto business units before becoming Managing Director of aluminum operations.
Mr. Amyot Choquette is Senior Director, Investments, at Ressources Québec, a division of Investissement Québec that offers financial products for the mining, forest products and energy sectors.
Prior to Ressources Québec, Mr Choquette held several positions from 2000 to 2011 at Société Générale de Financement du Québec, where he carried out investments and financings in the mining and forest products sectors. He also worked at the Fonds régional de Solidarité FTQ in Quebec City from 1996 to 2000. Prior to his work in the investment and financing industry, he worked at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton.
Thierry Martel is a consultant and corporate director. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the mining and metals industry, having spent nearly 15 years with Rio Tinto Alcan in various senior management positions in Canada and the United States.
Most recently, he was CEO and Board Director of Tacora Resources. Mr. Martel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton.
Barbara Fochtman is the Chief Operations and Engineering Officer at Arcadium Lithium. She has 25 years of experience across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, primarily at FMC where she held positions such as Plant Manager, Sales and Operations Planning Director and Procurement Director.
Sarah Maryssael is Arcadium Lithium’s Chief Strategy Officer. Before joining Arcadium Lithium, Sarah led strategic sourcing of lithium and other battery metals for Tesla’s global battery supply chain across its Nevada, Shanghai, Berlin and Texas Gigafactories. She also provided leadership for scaling Tesla’s future cathode roadmap and was actively involved in multiple responsible sourcing initiatives. Prior to Tesla, Sarah was a business consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and she worked in various engineering, operations and process technology roles at Vale and ExxonMobil.
Paul Graves is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Arcadium Lithium.
Before joining Arcadium Lithium, Paul was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC.
Previously, Paul was a Managing Director and Partner of the Investment Banking Services division of Goldman Sachs Group in Hong Kong and co-head of Natural Resources for Asia. He also held the positions of Global Head of Agricultural Investment Banking and Global Head of Chemical Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Gartner has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in private and public companies in various sectors such as aerospace, aviation, and manufacturing.
Mrs Annie Pelletier has worked for Rio Tinto for over 25 years, in North America and Europe. Focused on the performance of her organization and its employees, Ms. Pelletier has a global strategic vision of business opportunities and challenges, enabling her to successfully steer organizational transformations.
With some 30 years’ experience in engineering, Mr. Chabot has a long track record in industrial project management. Before taking over as Managing Director of Nemaska Lithium in 2023, he was Head of Capital Delivery at Livent, Nemaska Lithium’s co-shareholder and an internationally renowned player in the lithium sector. Mr. Chabot also worked for Air Liquide for over 30 years, holding various positions in different countries. Mr. Chabot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
Mr. Isabel has over 37 years of experience in applied environmental engineering, particularly in the mining industry. He has held several management positions in major companies such as Iamgold and SNC Lavalin where he also acquired a solid experience in health and safety and community development.
M. Jean Routhier has extensive experience in managing major projects He has worked for industry leaders in mining (Rio Tinto, Agnico Eagle, ArcelorMittal). With an MBA, an electrical engineering degree from the University of Sherbrooke, a PMP certification, and a PE accreditation in the United States, he has successfully executed complex projects while emphasizing best management practices.
