This Code guides our day-to-day work and helps us make Nemaska Lithium’s values a part of our everyday lives, bringing together our key requirements, standards and procedures
At Nemaska Lithium, we comply with applicable laws and regulations
We adhere to international standards and guidelines, including the Québec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. In the event of a discrepancy between our Code of Conduct and the norms, rules or regulations, we apply the one with the highest standards.
