Job Description

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for :

Primary responsibilities:

  • Ensure invoicing matches contractual commitments and follow up with the supplier in case of discrepancies;
  • Ensure approval of invoices by managers;
  • Process invoices and expense accounts;
  • Reconcile accounts payable;
  • Prepare various journal entries;
  • Perform any other tasks related to the accounting process.

Required profile

Key competencies sought

  • AEC or DEP in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years experience;
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness and versatility;
  • Functional English;
  • Mastery of the Microsoft environment
