Your day-to-day :

– Provide full administrative support to the Vice President and Directors.
– Manage calendars, meetings and travel for Vice President and Directors.
– Prepare and format reports, presentations and administrative documents.
– Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails and mail.
– Organize and coordinate events, conferences and training.
– Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
– Ensure professional formatting and consistent presentation of administrative documents, including procedures.
– Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
– Process purchase requisitions and follow up on purchases required by departments.
– Organize and manage the logistics of meetings with stakeholder committees, including planning, room reservations and document preparation.
– Manage documentation for ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 health and safety management systems.

Required profile

Your qualifications:
– College diploma in administration or related field.
– Bilingual (French/English) in order to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
– Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
– Occasional travel to various sites in Quebec: Whabouchi, Bécancour and Montreal.
